Shipping policy

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship exclusively within Germany. 
Shipments to other European countries are possible. Please contact us.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery is carried out via standard shipping providers (e.g. DHL, DPD, or similar).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. high demand, weather conditions, or carrier delays).

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before completing your order.

All prices include applicable VAT in accordance with German law.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number.

6. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete.
We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we may charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

If your shipment is lost, please contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping provider.

8. Legal Notice (German Consumer Law Compliance)

In accordance with German law:

  • The risk of accidental loss or damage to goods transfers to the consumer upon delivery.
  • If you are a consumer (§ 13 BGB), we bear the shipping risk until the goods are delivered to you.
